• The Applicant should have a passport valid for 3 months from the date of expiry of visa.
• One visa form completed and signed by the Applicant.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• A covering letter from the Applicant, explaining the reason of travel.
• Declaration made in front of the notary in Albanian from the person/s or entity making the invitation(in original), including:
• Reason of the invitation.
• Responsibility of the Inviter, should be clearly stated, in case of breach of law by the Invitee.
• License and the Court registration numbers when the invitation is made from a Company or Business House.
• A copy of passport of the invitee and the inviter (in case of individual person).
• Bank statement for last six months.
• Income Tax returns for the last three years.
• In case the inviter is an institution, company, or entity, copy of the correspondence is also required.
• The Applicant needs to show a balance of US$ 50 per day for the number of days he will stay in Albania.
• A confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• All the Applications are referred to Albania for approval and it takes 3 to 20 working days.
• Personal presence of the Applicant is mandatory.

Visa fee is to be paid in EURO only at the 'Royal Bank of Scotland', In favour of "Embassy of the Republic of Albania' - Bank Account No.: 1565153.

The Applicant needs to submit to RBS Bank a photo copy of the first page of the Application Visa Form and then, deposit 15 EURO into the Embassy A/c.
