IVA Advisory :

1. On arrival, the government of Belize, at their discretion, may instruct the traveller to deposit a certain amount, in us dollars, as security, at the airport itself. This amount is refunded to the traveller at the time of departure.
2. Yellow fever: a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers over 1 year of age coming from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. Yellow fever vaccine recommendation: no Malaria: Malaria risk due predominantly to P. vivax exists in all districts but varies within regions. Risk is highest in Toledo and Stan Creek Districts; moderate in Cayo; and low in Belize District, Corozal and Orange Walk. No resistant P. falciparum strains reported. Recommended prevention in risk areas: I
3. Airport tax: No Tax.
