IVA Advisory :

1. Visa is not required for 48 hours, if a passenger holds valid Russian visa. Similarly a 72 hours transit is possible in Moscow or St Petersburg with a Belarus visa.

2. All travellers are required to be registered with the Internal Affairs Department within 72 hours of their arrival. It should be done either by the inviting organisation or hotel where traveller will be staying.

3. Yellow fever: no Yellow fever vaccine recommendation: no.

4. Airport tax: No Tax.
