Visa Note and Fees

Tourist

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for six months from the date of applying the visa and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps, along with the photocopy of the passport. Attach all your old passports (if any).
• One visa application form (photocopy allowed).
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• A covering letter from the Applicant, giving the purpose of visit.
• Copy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.
• Bank statement last six months.
• Proof of Hotel stay.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Also please mention the period and exact date of travel.
• Incomplete and incorrect information filled out will be returned. Answer all questions thoroughly and accurately. If a question does not apply, please type/ write N/A.
• The Visa fee once tendered is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
• Visa is valid for 3 months with Single entry.
• All applications are referred to Belize for approval and can take upto 10 to 15 days.
• Visa fee is (payable in INR) to be paid in form of a bank draft favoring "Consulate of Belize".

Business

• A covering letter from the Applicant on company's letter head stating his Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to "Consulate of Belize", New Delhi.
• Copy of Invitation Letter from Belize Inviter/ inviting Organization stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.
• Copy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.
• Bank statement last six months.
• Proof of Hotel stay.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Also please mention the period and exact date of travel.
• If Self Employed:
• CRC (Company Registration Certificate) / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed.
• Company Profile.
• Articles of Memorandum (Incase the Applicant is MD/Director of the Company).
• Proof of occupation.
• Incomplete and incorrect information filled out will be returned. Answer all questions thoroughly and accurately. If a question does not apply, please type/ write N/A.

No transit visa is issued.

Seamen

• Indian seamen traveling on duty must hold letter of guarantee from the shipping company with seamen book and passport.
• A fax message from the shipping company in Belize to the Consulate giving particulars of the seamen, date and port of joining is required.
• Documentation is same as business visa. No other category of visa is issued.
