Tourist

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months and photocopy of the biodata pages.
• Two visa forms.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• A Covering letter from the Applicant.
• Hotel reservation.
• An original invitation letter from friends in Republic of Congo (if applicable).
• Yellow fever certificate.
• A multiple entry visa can be issued for 15, 30 and 90 days and a single entry visa can be issued for 15 days.
• Processing time is 2 working days.
• Visa fee is to be paid in INR and in cash only.

Business

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months and photocopy of the biodata pages.
• Two visa forms.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• A Covering letter from the Company on its letter-head explaining the nature of business.
• An original invitation letter from Business Associates in Republic of Congo.
• Proof of accommodation or Hotel reservation.
• Yellow fever certificate.
• A multiple entry visa can be issued for 15, 30 and 90 days and a single entry visa can be issued for 15 days.
• Processing time is 2 working days.
• Visa fee is to be paid in INR and in cash only.

Transit

A visa is not required if the Passenger/s holds a confirmed onward ticket and without leaving the air-port, continues the journey by the same, or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours.

Seamen

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months and photocopy of the biodata pages.
• One visa form.
• One passport-size photograph.
• Indian Seamen traveling on duty must hold Letter of Guarantee from the Shipping Company along with the Seamen Book.
• A message/ fax from the Shipping Company in Republic of Congo, sent directly to the Embassy, stating particulars of the Seamen date and port of joining the ship.
• Visa is not issued on arrival.
• Yellow fever certificate.
• A multiple entry visa can be issued for 15, 30 and 90 days and a single entry visa can be issued for 15 days.
• Visa fees have to be checked locally in the Country of application.
