Tourist

• The Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of six months.
• One visa form (photocopy allowed).
• One recent passport-size color photograph.
• A Covering letter from the Applicant.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Hotel confirmation.
• Traveler's cheque (in original) of at least US$ 1500 for traveling expenses duly signed by the Applicant.
• An affidavit (attested by a Notary Public) from the Applicant stating that he is visiting Cuba for tourism and he will not undertake any paid or unpaid employment and will return to India.
• Processing time is 2-3 working days.

Business

• The Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of six months.
• One visa form (photocopy allowed).
• One recent passport-size color photograph.
• A Cover letter from the concerned Company explaining the purpose of visit.
• An invitation letter from the concerned Company in Cuba.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Hotel Reservation.
• Traveler's cheque in original of at least US$ 1500 for traveling expenses duly signed by the Passenger.
• Processing time is 2-3 working days.

Transit

• The Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of six months.
• One visa form (photocopy allowed).
• One recent passport-size color photograph.
• A covering letter from the Applicant/ Company.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Onward country visa.
• Traveler's cheque (in original) of at least US$ 1500 for traveling expenses duly signed by the Applicant.
• An affidavit (attested by a Notary Public) from the Applicant stating that he is visiting Cuba for tourism and he will not undertake any paid or unpaid employment and will return to India.

Seamen

• The Applicant should have a passport with a minimum validity of six months.
• One visa form (photocopy allowed).
• One recent passport-size color photograph.
• Indian Seamen traveling on duty must hold letter of guarantee from the Shipping Company in India along with the Seamen Book and passport.
• Confirmed air ticket.
• Onward country visa
• Processing time is 2-3 working days.
