• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa.
• One visa form of two pages (photocopy allowed);
• Four recent passport-size color photographs;
• A covering letter from the Applicant explaining the purpose of visit..
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket,
• Confirmed hotel reservation or an invitation from relatives or friends in Dominican Republic.
• Letter from the Bank that has- Opening date of Account, annual average balance, date of last deposit.
• If the applicant has a valid visa for USA, Canada, U.K or EU (Schengen) than visa can be issued without authorization from DR Ministry. It will take 2 to 3 working days for the visa processing.
• If the Applicant does not have any valid visas than the application will be referred to Dominican Republic Ministry for the authorization. It can take one week or more for the visa approval to come.
• Visa is issued with 2 months validity with Single entry.
• Visa fee is non refundable

Business

• Invitation from the company in Dominican Republic(If Invited).
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket,
• Letter from the Bank that has- Opening date of Account, annual average balance, date of last deposit.
• If the applicant has a valid visa for USA, Canada, U.K or EU (Schengen) than visa can be issued without authorization from DR Ministry. It will take 2 to 3 working days for the visa processing.
