• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
• One visa form duly completed (photocopy allowed).
• One passport-size recent photograph (to be pasted on the application form).
• A Covering Letter from the applicant, specifying the reason for travel.
• Police clearance certificate (PCC) is mandatory.
• Sponsorship Letter / Hotel Reservation/ invitation from Gabon.
• Confirmed onward return air ticket.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is mandatory.
• Visa is issued with a maximum validity of ONE month.
• Visa processing time is 2 to 3 working days.

Business

• A Covering Letter from the concerned Indian Organization stating the purpose of travel, organization to be visited and the duration of proposed stay.
• An Invitation Letter from the Business Associate/ s in Gabon.
• Police clearance certificate (PCC) is mandatory.
• A sponsorship Letter.
• Hotel Reservation.
• Confirmed onward return air ticket.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is mandatory.
• Visa processing time is 2 to 3 working days.
• Visa issued has a maximum validity of 3 months.
